For the world you are more than actual.
Yet, how many appreciate your presence
Yet, how many feel your essence
As man still believes the world is run by him
As women for ages tolerated with no grim.
All speak of making you empowered
All but none want you to be really powered
Your work receives praise with terms and conditions
Your talent is suppressed by patriarchal decisions.
Time has come for you to strive for excellence
Time has ample for you, bother not of consequence
March on to an era of innovation
March ahead for you are our inspiration.
You are the Creator, you are the Destructor
You are the Preserver, you are a Survivor
This day, this time, this place is nothing minus you
This is YOU without whom life has no colour no hue!
