Let’s return to the long sojourn
Of sounds of monsoon nights interrupted
By the silent conversations of our souls
And hurried love making in a power outage
Let’s return to the comfort monotony
Of winter evenings of warmth in company
Of romance flaming in the fireplace of despair
And shivers of mortality bringing us closer
Let’s return to the illusions of spring
Measuring our bodies with mounds of flowers
And populating blackboards with dreams
Of our immortal love in a dark cave of allegories
Let’s return to the celestial wrath of summers
Of long days of existence in womb of faith
For miracles and magic running in our bones
And a lagoon of knowledge of end of everything.
